Held on Tuesday 24 October 2017 at 6.30pm in the Village Centre.

3.  Planning Applications to be considered:




  1. 17/03305/LBC    Buckets Down Farm, Upper Woodcott, Whitchurch, RG28 7PZ — Construction of link structure between the rear of the farmhouse and converted farm building


    Decision:  No objection


  2. 17/03331/HSE    Coldharbour House, Egbury Road, SMB, SP11 6DJ — Erection of garage


    Decision:  No objection

It was noted that the call plan is not appropriate and the clerk will follow up with BT to change the plan.




12. Other Matters: Items that cannot keep until the Full Council Meeting on 10 October 2017:




  1. HALC:  Invitation to 70th AGM:  4 November at Thornden School, Chandler’s Ford.




  2. Football:  Permission for use of pitch by Whitchurch United Under 14s.


    It was agreed that the Under 14s could use the pitch, although the council will keep the condition of the pitch under consideration and may have to review the decision is the pitch starts cutting up.


  3. Test Way past Bourne House: (not on the agenda)


    It was noted that the footpath past Bourne House towards the school is becoming overgrown with nettles.  Cllr Culley will arrange for the path to be cut.



    There being no further business the meeting closed at 6.55pm.
