Report from the Finance Committee held in the Village Centre Club Room On Monday November 10th 2008 at 7:30 p.m.

Those present: Chairman, Cllr. Bridget Culley & Cllrs. Margaret Corbett; Colin Henderson & Alan Marsden. The Clerk, Lorraine Cousins was also in attendance.

Members of the public present: None

1. Apologies for Absence – Fiona Foote & John Churchley

2. The Draft Budget. Following careful consideration of all budget requests & quotes, the Finance Committee agreed a draft budget proposal for presentation to the full council meeting on December 9^th 2008.

3. The Monthly Accounts.

The acceptance of the accounts was proposed by Cllr. Alan Marsden and seconded by Cllr. Colin Henderson and agreed by the council.
