Play Areas

The parish council owns two play areas in St Mary Bourne and Stoke. Both of these play areas are for use by children under the age of 12.

The Recreational Ground Committee is looking into grant funding to refurbish and repair the current St Mary Bourne Under 12s play area. The current project plans include a new, natural playscape and refurbished multiuse games area (MUGA) to meet the growing needs of the village children, their families and the wider community. In 2021, a community survey was conducted through the Hill & Valley and the Village Shop, with further consultations planned this year. If interested in more information, please contact the Parish Council.
