Planning Information

St Mary Bourne Parish Council is a statutory consultee on all planning applications in the parish considered by Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council (BDBC).

Each planning application is considered at a Planning Committee meeting, at a Full Council meeting, or occasionally by circulation to the Planning Committee via email depending on the consultation deadline set by BDBC.  If the Planning Committee can not reach a majority decision, then the application will be brought to the next Full Council Meeting for discussion and agreement of all Parish Councillors present.

Members of the public and press are welcome to attend any meeting.  There is time allowed for members of the public to speak at the start of the meeting - the amount of time allowed is at the discretion of the chair of the meeting.

All Planning Applications can be viewed on the BDBC website.
