Insurance

St Mary Bourne Parish Council currently has a three year agreement with Hiscox Insurance Company Limited.  This agreement commenced 24th December 2023.

Evidence of Employers' Liability and Public Liability Cover are shown below.

The Insurance Schedule can by viewed by arrangement with the Parish Clerk by contacting clerk@stmarybourne-pc.gov.uk or by using the Contact Button on this website. (The complete document set is over 100 pages, so will not be printed on demand.)

Please note there are specific exclusions to the cover including, for example, use of fireworks on parish land, public bonfire events, and certain conditions need to be met for any events held on parish land.  Event organisers will usually be required to have their own insurance to cover their event.

Volunteers working on behalf of the Parish Council or any of it's committees or working groups are covered by the insurance.
